This is a serious question so please dont answer with a rude remark.

Lately my body has been acting weird.
I contantly have to go to the restroom (#2)
and Its pure LIQUID. It has been like this
for 4 months now and i have no health insurance.

I dont know what I should do.
I also pass gas and it smells worse than it ever has.

Is something wrong with my body?
anything I can do, without going to the doctor
(considering i have no health insurance)

You might want to change your diet as a starter. Something you are eating does not agree with you.

Do you have a free clinic in your area? The symptoms you're describing sound like you may have some sort of gastrointestinal disorder like colitis or Crohn's Disease. You should find a way to have it checked out asap, especially since it's been going on for so long. I know you're worried about money, but your health is more important.

Also, many public hospitals HAVE to see a certain number of patients who have no way to pay. Good luck.

This could be a lot of things from minor intestinal quirks to a severe health problem including life threatening diseases. You really need to find a free health clinic or a government health department facility that can help you. Like I said, it may be nothing to worry about or really dangerous. Don't gamble with your health/life. Good luck...

Go to the emergency room, if you don't make enough to live on, they will help you pay the bill and they don't expect payment right away. My family of 3 lives on about $1300 per month and we are paying a house payment with that. We don't have any extras or luxuries but we make it. You live in a very expensive place.

Free health clinic.
Change your diet.
Drink lots of water.

Sounds like colitis, Krohn's, intestinal parasites, etc. That is definitely NOT normal and something that you need to have checked out. Sorry, but it could be take out a loan for the doc, or take out a loan for a tombstone - you pick.
