Da Vinci used to sleep for just three twenty minute sessions per day. 20 minutes seems to be a pivitol point to refresh you but not allow you to go into deep sleep.
A lot of health spas have pods that increase the oxygen you're getting, it apparently doubles the effectiveness of your sleep. I presume that means you can half as much. Don't come cheap though!

sure.
try yoga
there's an asana called 'shav- asana'.
shav= dead body
asana= posture
all you have to do is lie down on the bed/mattress(neither too soft nor too hard), preferably in a dimly lit room - the way you would put a dead body in the coffin. ie, on the back, straight, palms open, closed eyes, fully relaxed-- think about nothing. just lay there as if u were dead.

It's a great thing- within 5-10 minutes you feel re-invigorated equivalent to 2-3 hrs sleep.

Try it
