if the scale is working, I'd say you lost a bunch of weight in a very short time. Did you have something amputated when you weren't looking?
Ask your friends or family (people that see you every day) if you look like you've lost weight, and tell them how much you think you have lost.
If they think you've lost weight also (from looking @ you), then go see a doctor very soon.

Sounds like your scales are messed up. Try buying some more or weighing yourself somewhere else to see if that is indeed the problem.

Maybe you didn't do it quite right on one of the days. Try again in a few days time, if it's still falling off, see a doctor quick!

Rapid weight lost is one of the first signs of being diabetic. if you suspect you are I suggest you see a doctor.
