Please, stay away from the meds. I've had two friends wind up in the emergency room from pills- not 'overdoing' it or anything. Try green tea, ginseng, anything natural

If you are having problems with fatigue, I would ask your doctor about getting some B12 injections. I get them for the same problem and it helps boost my energy and metabolism. With any diet, you need to exercise and realize that a pill alone will not make you skinny. You have to make healthy eating choices and become more active. This is the only way to do it and stay healthy. Good luck.

i used xenical anf fitrum tablets and it works to me, i lost 20 founds from 150 lbs. then i go to gym and jogging sometime. xenical*diet pills and and fitrum* is green tea tablets.
