I notice this the most when I look at something that is a pure white, like a piece of paper. With both eyes, it looks white of course, but it changes if I look at it one eye at a time.

My left eye seems to see the white with a very slight bluish-green hue, while my right eye seems to see the white with a very slight orangish hue.

This doesn't really affect anything, but just a curiosity.

Basically, Color, black and white are measured by the Cones and Rods in the back of you retinas. And boy are there a lot of them. But one eye might have a little more than the other eye or there maybe more of them grouped in a certain location which may be the reason for the discreptancy.

I have that... one eye sees something slightly brighter than the other eye. I've never questioned it but looks like it's not just me! It's probably just similar to one eye focusing slightly differently to the other one. Maybe one has more.. corneas? (I can't remember if that's the right word).. well what ever senses the light behind the eye.

I don't know about the bluish-green, however, when I had cataracts the colors changed, but mostly were duller or had a yellow color. this cleared up when I had my cataracts operated on.
