Go right now to the emergency room. If it swells more it can cut off her airway and she could choke to death. This is a very serious matter.

This sounds like an allergic reaction to some sort of food. Immediately go to the emergency room- it could cut off her air supply

Suck on ice cubes or ice cream. Take some ibuprofen to help reduce the swelling. If it is significant or persists or accompanied by a fever, she needs to go to the ER. She should definitely see a doctor in the morning.

did she bite it, or eat something new. Could be an allergic reaction. have her take some benadryl and make sure she doesn't develope diff breathing.
