There are so many different kinds of supplements out there but what brand is the best? What should you look for on the label? Is there any kind of food that cleanses your liver, colon, arteries?

I have been feeling light headed and a little dizzy now for about 3-4 days. Sometimes I feel slightly nauseous too, but never actually sick. I got back from holiday with my husband on Saturday - don't know if this may have anything to do with it. Friends have suggested ear infection or virus - any ideas - going to the doctor on Monday.

I fall asleep easily but very often I wake up 4 hours later and cannot fall asleep again for about 2 hours. Then I do fall asleep. This way I normally have 7-8 hours sleep with 2 hours insomnia in the middle! How can I get rid of those 2 hours and sleep the whole night through?!

I'm male in mid 30s and exercise regularly

Thank you for your time!

I am wondering, can it be caused by the fact that we've had a ton of work done on our old (1922) house and all the dust has messed up my nasal passages. If so, how do I get back to my not-snoring self?

Or is it simply a function of getting older?

Its small, it's a little sore. It feels like when a spot has swelled up but it doesn't look like that. I only noticed it so I'm not overly concerned yet. I'm 24 and reasonably fit and healthy. Anyone had anything similar?

If you eat a group of foods, or several meals throughout the day, and then get sick hours later (vomiting, fever, diarrhea, etc) how do you know which food is the likely cause?

I frequently get UTI's and I usually drink cranberry juice (it's the right kind) and extra water for them. This usually helps. But today I noticed some bloody tissue in my urine. It was quite painful to go. But why did I get that this time? Is it a bladder or kidney infection? I have no back pain, so I'm guessing that rules out kidney infection and my bladder does feel a bit swollen and is painful when I sit down and get up. I was reading up on bladder infections and it didn't say anything about tissue coming out. Could this be something else?

we in everyday life very commonly experience an attack of cold.it stats in nose block, drip to throat, leads to throat and chest congestion and affects the respiratory systems.Thee should be some ways to build up resistance and some remediies to treat the common cold before there is bacterial infection and we start taking antibiotics.sometimes it turns very nasty, sometimes it is mild and on its accord vanishes .
