Yes, I agree with the others that say you should go to the doctors, this is not normal, especially at your age!!

DEFINETLY go see a doctor! & tell your parents.

Sounds like stress attacks. I get those. They can even happen in my sleep.
After going to a doctor and making sure I'm not wrong, take time to relax your body. Yes, I know that these things happen when you think you're relaxed, but this is your body's way of dealing with the stress when you have the time for it because you probably repress it without realizing it.
Take time to meditate. Before bedtime is an excellent time because it can help you to sleep deeper so you will feel more rested in the day.
Avoid caffeine, especially in the evening.
Stay warm. Dress warm. Slight chills can cause your body to clench.

Sounds like when I first started having asthma attacks. you should see your dr. ASAP. They are painful and scary but treatable. Your doctor will test you for Asthma, based on your symtoms I'm sure. its an easy test, you just breathe. then, if its positive, he or she will determine what med is right for you, and also provide you with a rescue inhaler, like albuterol, for sudden attacks. I am on Advair as well, and now my asthma is under control. The love of my life is on both Advair and Singular, and his asthma is under great control. If your doc deems it really severe, you might have to use a nebulizer, which is just a machine that delivers a really really big dose of albuterol or another rescue drug. I was diagnosed at your age, and I am now almost 22 and doing great, healthy happy and in love.

Ask a doctor. You might have a hernia. This is NOT a diagnosis by any means. I am NOT a doctor. It's just that my sister had those same symptoms and it turned out to be a hernia.
