we in everyday life very commonly experience an attack of cold.it stats in nose block,drip to throat,leads to throat and chest congestion and affects the respiratory systems.Thee should be some ways to build up resistance and some remediies to treat the common cold before there is bacterial infection and we start taking antibiotics.sometimes it turns very nasty,sometimes it is mild and on its accord vanishes .

The best way to build resistance to the common cold is to eat a well balanced diet, get plenty of sleep, take a vitamin supplement and although this isn't resistance building, wash hands continuously and keep them away from the mouth, nose and eyes.

I don't think anyone is immune to the common cold. Probably the only thing we can do is to use common sense, exercise, try to eat healthy foods, drink lots of water and mostly wash your hands. I work with the public, so I'm always shaking hands, handling cash etc. I keep a liquid hand sanitizer with me at all times.

Eat healthy, exercise regularly, don't smoke, don't consume too much alcohol, drink enough water, dress warmly, drink tea (green tea is great for you!~) get the recomended hours of sleep each night.... the trick is to keep your body in a routine, and help build the immune system, treat your body right, and it will treat you right!

Take chyawanprash daily. Try taking milk with dates, which also helps build resistance. Try including honey as part of ur daily diet.

I've had major heath problems and since I started taking Vitamin C daily, I've had fewer colds.
