high pressure in you eyes could mean glaucoma especially if its over 22 My recommendation to you is to see an optomalagist as soon as possible.
they will look at the back of your eye and maybe also take some pictures and dilate to get a better assessment of what is going on. you don't even have to vote this best answer you need to see a Doc your eyes are with you for the rest of your life do let them get ruined

Advocates of medicinal marijuana cite evidence that hemp products can lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in people with glaucoma. However, these products are less effective than safer and more available medicines. Most research regarding marijuana use took place before some current medications with fewer side effects were available. The high dose of marijuana necessary to produce a clinically relevant effect on IOP in the short term requires constant inhalation, as much as every three hours. The number of significant side effects generated by long-term oral use of marijuana or long-term inhalation of marijuana smoke make marijuana a poor choice in the treatment of glaucoma Currently, there are no National Eye Institute studies in the United States concerning the use of marijuana to treat glaucoma

OMG!! Have them check your optical nearve!! This happened to me too.,. heres what happened to me... the pressure was so great that it distorted my optical nearve,,, wich i guess is like very critical... if your eyes have that much pressure on them so does your spinal fluid and your brain... the fluid is all connected somehow... at anyrate my symptoms were blurred vision... but they couldnt figure out why i wasnt having severe headaches. strokes. sezures. and i could of went blind... ok now i dont know if our cases are THAT simmiler but i know it surely sounds like it to me... im NOT a doctor... but trust me get checked out by another doctor!!! Tell them you want to see a picture of your optical nearve! If its NOT a perfect circle... well lets just say with in minutes i was rushed from the doctors office to a hospital 2 hours away,,,, it was hell... dont risk it... trust me! I hope to god you dont have what i had.. high brain pressure... but let me tell you it is VERY VERY serious!!
