Probably an inner ear problem with the dizziness, and possible some blockage of esustachian tube. I may be allergic. Get a good over the counter antihistamine and try it.

Drink one glass of water each hour, take 1000 milligrams of vitamin C 3 times a day along with a good multivitamin, get at least 8 hours of sleep every night-especially the next few nights, take an over the counter nasal decongestant and antihistamine, and use a saline nasal spray to reduce a bit of sinus/nasal swelling. Try it.

Usually an ear infection will go away on it's own, but you might try putting a very warm cloth or hot water bottle on it , sometimes this helps

If they don't hurt now, they will in a day or two. Try putting peroxide in your ears a couple times a day. It won't hurt, but I'm not sure how much it helps, either.

It's possible. I would go to a doctor just in case. Try a public health clinic they tend to be cheaper. A small cost now to clear it up verses a lot of cost and pain later if you permanently damage your hearing.
