I took my daughter to the doctor yesterday because she has been very sick, the doctor wanted to check is she was dehydrated and started checking the tip of her fingers, she was crying a lot so he thought he would do it on me so she could see there was nothing to be afraid of, so when he started to check my fingers he said my daughter was OK but that i was really dehydrated. That explained why i had terrible headaches. The doctor told me to take care but i don't know exactly how, I mean i've been drinking lots of water but i still feel sick and when i pinch the top of my fingers to see if i'm still dehydrated i am so is there anything else i should be doing, or should i just keep drinking water.

i was by the doctor few times now, he told me i have depression illness, that always comes back in periods, the guy is totally right, i can remember myself as a kid who was so unhappy, alone without friends, not that the kids around me never liked me, they did contact were nice and so but it was my parents, especially my father who did not like it me to be with others, because he said he did not want me to take what he saw negative from my peers,
i accept now that i have depression, and i take lots of pills and drugs, but i donot know, how can i become happier, since the doctor have said it needs lots of time and years to heal something like this,

I wear my contacts for weeks at a time. I have experienced an increase in "floaters" over the past year or so. Is there a relationship, or just part of aging?

For the past two weeks I have had a redness that extends from the inner corner of my eye to the outter edge of my iris. I went to the doctor a week ago and I was told it was probably just a bursted blood vessel and was sent home empty handed.

Since the doctor visit, the redness doesn't seem to be going away. It doesn't hurt, and it hasn't disrupted my vision (yet), but I can feel a consistant discomfort. I have no discharge coming from it, so I know it's not infected but the pink skin in the very corner of the eye is slightly swollen. I am wondering if I should go back to the doctor, or if there is home treatment that I can do to spead the healing process.

Also, how long does a bursted blood vessel usually take to heal?

When I get migraine headaches, I forget names, words, etc...

It's next to impossible for me to carry on a conversation when I get these headaches, because I can't think of the words I want to use to form sentences...

Something as simple as, "Will you please turn off the light?" becomes a 30-second struggle and it turns into, "Will you... ummmm, ummmm... wait... turn off the light? Please?"

What's the explanation for this? (I'm sure there has to be one!)

P.S. If you suffer from migraines, does this happen to you also? Thanks!
