Would a cortisone shot help my elbows? I have had golfer's elbow (tendinidous) in one of them for over a year.

steroid shot and/or having a needle suck out the fluid in the joint. it needs to rest. try wearing an elbow brace

It could help. It sure is worth the pain. You may get relief right
away. Tell your doctor. I've had shots in my elbows for
rheumatoid arthritus. They work!! I could finally move my elbow
again. good luck

Read about the risk of taking steroids, which cortisone is, and ask your doctor if the benefits outweigh the risks in your situation.

yes elbows any joint in your body i have them in my knees as painful as they are but they are worth it not to have pain for weeks good luck
