I don't know if there's a link, but you should feel better in general if you are taking a GOOD supplement, eating right, and getting some form of exercise. I take B Complex, (for energy), garlic tablet, and flaxseed capsule every day.

If your a male get a mens multivitamin, and women need a womens vitamin, reason is males dont need that extra iron, we dont have a menstrual cycle. I add vitamin b complex since I work long hours.

First and formost, don't take any vitamin in pill form...they are not broken down in the gut and pass straight thru without benefit.
Take a liquid vitamin, they are usually 100% bio-available. Personally, I use Lifeforce, they have their own website, you can find it with Google.

Dr. Taub's "Nature's Code" is by far the best ! It has everything you need in a vitamin pack. You can buy them on QVC or drtaub.com. I highly recommend them. There is nothing over the counter that compares to these.

I love Centrum chewables. I think chewable vitamins are better than swallowing them whole, because your system doesnt always break it up properly.

apparently you need a spelling lesson more than vitamins...but if vitamins are what you are looking for, start with a good diet.
