I recently noticed that my eyes are yellow. LIke, as if they were veins but they're more yellow and its moreso at the bottem of my eyes. Why is this? I don't smoke, drink, do drugs and if its cause im tired i'm getting plenty of sleep lately. So what could it be?

Hi, I would love to know how you all take care of yourselves despite your daily jobs. I work long hours everyday, and I am feel exhausted with body aches, headaches, weakness, and I always feel like I am coming down with something. I see people being healthy and energetic despite their hectic schedules. How does one do it? Any tips to keep me going?

For a year now, I have been having swelling of the calf and KANKLES (that's what they look like when swollen) and I want to know how to help it stop. Cutting back on sodium has NOT helped but the one thing that did help was the Master Cleanse diet but since I have stopped for almost a month now, the water retention has started again. My feet often hurt a lot and I recently had my feet digitally analyzed by a chiropracter. I learned my arches are very high. They told me custome-made orthotics can help, but I've heard people say they either don't do anything or are uncomfortable. I've tried simply drug store inserts, but they only buy me a little more time before my feet start hurting again. Before I shell out any money, what is the truth?

My right thumbnail has a vertical ridge in the middle of it, and as it grows out, it splits. There is no discoloration. What causes this? My nine other fingernails are fine.

The nurse brought in a tray with 3 shots and I started screaming because i cant stand needles. She told me to roll up my sleeve and i resisted and said i wasnt getting the shots. She called for help from the other nurse and she came in the room and held me on the exam table. The nurse then lifted my skirt up and gave me all 3 shots in the butt!!! It hurts like hell!! Any advice? Wasn't i treated 2 childish??
