Hi..it's like my 20th time trying to quit smoking - I have tried just about everything and now am attempting the patch. It's been only just a few hours since my last smoke and I am going nuts (just typing this I thought about a cigarette at least a dozen times).

Does any one have any tips or advice to offer a newly liberated non-smoker stay clean? Have you or someone you know successfully quit smoking? If so, how did you cope with all the stress, anxiety, and cravings ? When can I expect the cravings to drop (even if just a little bit)? I have been a smoker on & and off for over 12 years.

Lost my dad 2 years ago and my dog of 12 years 2 months ago. Sometimes I'll get in states of mind like everything just feels "off" or weird to me. My mind will start to race and I'll scare myself basically. Asking existential questions which obviously have no answer. Then I distract myself and it goes away. I've had panic attacks when my dad died, but it never gets to that level anymore since I calm myself down when I feel it coming on. Just wish the anxiety would go away. Is there anything I can do more than calm down?

Literally, as soon as it's dark, when I'm driving I drop. I chug mass caffeine, but what else could it be and how might I "cure" it?

I have had two episodes about three-four weeks apart. My vision gets funny not really double just like sun spots floating in front of my eyes. Then my arm gets numb and it spreads upwards to my head, lips, and tongue. Afterwards I have a severe headache.

I removed my wisdom tooth and was given Amoxyllin as an anti biotic. I was instructed to take 2, 3 times a day. On the 2nd day of taking it i couldn't sleep at all with heart palpatations and which resulted in insomnia. I had no reason to be stressed or have a reaction like that. Could it be due to that antibiotic?
