iv'e seen dogs sneeze when they are sneezing, but i don't think a human can. they would just wake up before they sneezed. You cant stay asleep after you sneezed a 200 mph wind out of your mouth.

yes you can but of course you will wake of slightly because in have things in the nasal called cilia that move like little hairs to sneeze to get the bad things out of the body by sneezing they are also there to keep bad things out
