If it is starting to hurt, its time to see a doctor!!!! You should go to the doctors and see if they can do any tests on it! All in all maybe your just getting a blister!!

You have lymph nodes under your arms and yours are swelling. That usually means your body is fighting an infection trying to keep you from getting sick. Drink tons of water and consider getting some rest.

If you shave your pits it could just be an ingrown hair. It looks like a red pimple that will pop eventually.

do you have a cut on your right arm somewhere? the two times that happened to me (swollen lymph node) i had an infection in my finger.
