I have a blister on my finger from doing yard work. I poked a little hole and let the water out, but should I cut off the little bubble of skin? Will it get better sooner if i cut it off or leave it on?

I decided to curl my hair this morning, and dropped the curling iron on my lag. It had been on for anout 45 minutes and was on the hottest temperature.(20) It was on there for a couple of secounds are hurt like heck. I put a band-aid on it and now it is a big blister. What do I do???? please help

He sliced his pinky vertically and a nice piece of skin came off. The whole outside area of the pinky is gone!. He went to the emergency room at 8:30pm. He just got home at 3am and its still bleeding alot!!!! They put gause and tape, they also gave him pain killers.. is that normal that he's still bleeding all this time?? Anyone that can share their experiance with me or have any helpful comment will be greatful to hear.. thank you...

I live near Orlando, Fl and about 5 days ago I was bite on my forearm near my elbow. I thought it was a mosquito bite at first but i started to get swollen. The surronding area of the bite is bright red and mildly painful. It itches right in the center. I scratched off the scab and white puss came out followed by a clear slimy substance. Now it almost looks like a bruise around it and it starting to spread out. Please if anyone can help in anyway I would appreciate it.

ok i have a blister on the point of my finger because you know smarty me grabbed the wrong end of the curling iron. anyways....i was wondering if i should pop it or let it stay. will it go away by itself and how long? and if i should pop whats the best way tto go about it. i really want to pop it the only thing it is good for is a little distraction from boring classes. hah help!

I got bit 10 mins ago by my chihuahua. He already had his anti rabies shot. Should i still go to the hospital?
we were playing and she went straight to my face open mouthed and accidentally bit some skin off my cheek. It's tiny though like the size of a grain of brown sugar is the best way i can describe it. BUT it's bleeding and i had to let it bleed. I should let it bleed right? His anit rabies shot will expire may 2008. My mom's been bit by same dog too also while playing and she's ok now and so is the dog. But i'm scared because this time it's a few inches from my eye just above my apple cheek. He bites my hand all the time but he never manages to cut me i think it's coz the skin on my face is a bit thinner. I washed it with antibacterial soap. HELP! Anymore advice?

a few nites ago i got some sort of bite. i didn't wake up because of it but when i woke up i noticed it. its on the back of my thigh. at first it was just reddish (same color as a misquito bite) and itchy but didn't feel like a misquito bite and im noticing some little bumps under the skin where the redness is. the redness which is a little purplish now (color of a bruise) is spread around kind of like a cloud (not any shape but looks like it could be a type of cloud shape thing. its just confusing). there are spots that look kind of a little liek veins that are purplish which im guessing is the venom. theres also a somewhat large fang spot and im not sure if there are two because i cant really see it very well (i have to look at it in the mirror). my parents haven't looked at it yet but they think everything is no big deal. anyways i really am worried that it might get worse or make me sick. i HAVE had a few symptoms lately like headaches+nausia+exhaustion+fever and more. help!!!!!!!!

I fell off my bike and onto gravel and scraped off the skin of the knee... What should i do, leave the wound overnight to heal or bandaid it? I have to go to work tomorow... and i work at timhortons(coffee shop) on friday night. Would the swelling subside by then? Whats the best way to take care of the wound? I just got my lip pierced yesterday and I thouht that it went pretty well. I went with a friend and we examined one anothers and mine had a lot of bruising on the inner lip while he had none? Ive been doing all the cleaning and mouthwash and such. is it just that we are two different people and mine decided to bruise? or is it serious?
