i go to sleep everyday at 9pm and have to wake up at 6am every single day. that's about 9 hours of sleep. and i do this every single day, but for some reason i still just cannot get up. it's too hard for me. now if i go to sleep at 12pm, i can get up very easily at 9am. that's still 9 hours of sleep. why is is so? i'm getting the same amount of sleep everyday, and i'm also getting up 6am every single day. why is it that it's soooo hard for me to get up?

I Had a Back operation 12 week ago. I was out for a few days when I came to and sat up just a bit I was shocked that I was in real Diapers!!! . I asked to have them removed and they did However after a problem messing the sheets on the Bed Two Nurses came in with Diapers an put me back in them I asked them not too But they paid no Mind to what I was saying. I found out that the Head nurse left orderes that I stay in diapers for 4 more days. she said if I pull them off That they have ways of straping my arms. is this normal?

I have made my plan, am doing phone counseling and will be starting the nicotine lozenges. Has anyone had success with the lozenges? Or Does anyone have any good ideas for keeping my mind off it, something to do with my hands, or any suggestions for cravings in the car while driving?

My Friend just had surgery to remove 2/3 of his liver (cancer). As a result, he's going to have to have a LOT of his meds cut to prevent any further liver damge--his life will depend on it. He's got several other health issues, & there's not a day that goes by where he's not in tremendous pain. He's also on disability, hence limited insurance and income, so alternative treatment options are hard to come by for him. But I'm worried that if he doesn't get some decent relief from his chronic pain he'll start over-medicating again, OR lose all hope & do something to harm himself further. It's really important that we find some highly effective, accessible, drug-free alternatives....am I asking for a miracle?

I heard that if you smoke a cigerette in the shower, because of the steam...it eliminates the smell. I occasionally smoke and sometimes I really want to but I can't because my room mates don't like it that I smoke. I would go outside except that, they would smell it on me and tell me that I make the whole place smell like cigerettes as I walk back in. I wanted to eliminate this problem.

Shoulder pain is killing me! Ever since the shoulder pain started I am getting less and less sleep. Shoulder pain gets worse every little bit I move. For several years I have had pain in my right shoulder that comes and goes. Sometimes my shoulder pain doesn't hurt at all, sometimes just a little, and sometimes it hurts really bad. Sometimes my shoulder pain hurts so much that it makes the lower part of the side of my neck hurt, and my arm too. I cannot remember injuring it, but I tend to be very active. I DO NOT have insurance and a visit to the doctor is really out of the question. I really just need pain meds to treat the shoulder pain. I just heard I could get some pain relievers over the net. Can pain medicine for shoulder pain be bought online?

I'm currently dealing with an awfully painful sinus infection and the meds I'm on haven't really kicked in yet. 800 mg of Ibuprofen works well for the pain temporarily, but it's wearing off 3-4 hours before it would be safe for me to take more. Is there anything else I can try?

The area above my left should hurts. When I tilt my head toward my right shoulder, and feel the area on my left side of my neck, it feels like some bone is straining. Anything I can do to get rid of it quickly? I know it will go away in a few days because it has happened before. I think I need a new pillow.

Obviously I'm okay now, but over the summer I pinched my arm between two cases of beer at work. IMMIDIATELY it got a huge goose-egg purple bruise. I think I burst a pretty big blood vessel. Anyway, like I said, I ended up being okay, but I STILL have a mark where it was. The massive bruise took a really long time to go away. Should I have maybe gone to the hospital or at least even the doctor? I saw him a month later and he said it was fine...
