Go to the doctor or ER. Burns are very easily infected, and for it to heal properly, a doctor may have to clean it or irrigate, remove the dead skin, or a number of other things. I've been burned in several different ways, each time to a different degree.

They will most likely give you a prescription for a burn cream called silvadene, which is the best treatment.

Aloe vera, neosporine, and several other things work, but silvadene is the best.

Beyond that, it just takes time for the skin to heal and grow back. Silvadene also helps that happen quicker, by the way. Good luck, I know it hurts...

There is Lidocaine 1% cream that you can buy over the counter and it has anesthetic in it. If you can get a prescription from a doctor for the same, but stronger cream (5% I think), that would help, too.
Putting cold yoghurt on the burn will help with the stinging and burning, but only for a short period of time.

Aloe Vera has wonderful healing effect for all types of skin diseases and burns. If the plant is available, pluck one leaf and swallow the contents inside the leave daily for a few days. Also obtain Aloe Vera Cream from a super market and rub it over the burnt limb for a few days. I hope, by the Grace of Allah your skin will become normal without surgery.

You can make a paste up with baking soda..the baking soda will take the heat out ofthe burn..try it it works well! You put the paste on the burn..ONLY if the skin is not torn...if torn you will need some type of antibiotic cream like neosporin..
