It could be a lot of things. It could range from post nasal drip and a sinus headache to a brain tumor. If they continue or are bothersome, go see a doctor.

This could be many different things, including the curvature of the spine. If you have constant headaches get checked out by your local Chiroprator and get examined w/ X-rays. Also it might be due to other health conditions. I used to get headaches all the time w/o any relief at all until I consulted w/ one. Pills are not always the answer, there could be something underlined causing the problems. Fibromyalgia could an underlined cause for this or even scioliosis, ask your Chiropractor and he will be helpful in resolving this headache problem. Trust me after several yrs of avoiding a Chiropractor for my issues, I have never regretted going in, my headaches are gone and I am managing my headaches quite well. Get plenty of sleep 8-10 hrs a day, no caffeine to keep you from sleeping or resting. Good luck.

There could be several causes: sinus infection or blockage, gritting or grinding your teeth causing muscle spasms in your jaw, which can cause one heck of a headache, allergies; is your room dusty? Or do you have high blood pressure? These headaches are typically in the back of the head. Or you could be getting migraines from stress accumulated during the day...Try Excedrin, get blood pressure checked, if nose blocked up try Sudaphed, and if your jaws are tight in the morning as well as headache see your dentist...If you believe they are migraines which can occur anywhere on your head and comes with light sensitivity and nausea at times then see your doctor he is the only one who can prescribe the right medication for you. If headache lasts more than two days or you get one every day see your doctor....Hope you feel better, I get all of the above except the high blood pressure......

Are you a serious snorer? I am and have sleep apnea; waking up with a serious headache is routine with the snoring. If you are a raucous snorer go see the doc and have him set you up with a sleep study. There are several solutions for this problem.
You should go to the doctor anyway and find out what is causing these headaches. Give yourself some peace of mind and cure your problem. There is nothing worse than starting your day off with a HEADACHE!!!

make sure you are washing all your bedding frequently and are not allergic to the detergent. You could be building up dust or pet hair in your bedding, or you could be allergic to the detergent or dryer sheets.
also try sleeping with your head raised, that will help your sinuses drain if it is your sinuses.
also make sure you are well hydrated before you go to bed. especially w/ how dry it gets in the winter, but also just generally, when you sleep you don't drink any fluids for 6-8 hours, at least, so you dehydrate a little. If you were already dehydrated when you went to bed, this could be causing headaches.
maybe also try a humidifier - this would help w/ sinuses

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

this seems to be a case of massive tumour.u need to go for an operation before the situation gets worse.well the problem is the nephrons in ur kidney are all dead and they cannot carry out their function properly.the reason of ur kidney sliding down into ur right foot is due to dislocation of some bones.i suggest to remove ur middle kidney as the infection may spread to other two also which are present on either side.i think u should better consult some doctor soon and treat urself.

The only person who can answer this question is your doctor. Alot of things from needing a new pillow (or type of pillow) to not getting enough sleep. Sometimes it makes a difference in just going to bed at the same time each night and getting up at the same time each morning, and sometimes it can be something in your diet. However, you should see your doctor and ask him what to do. Good luck.

You could be clentching or grinding your teeth at night. I get severe headaches because of it and have TMJ as a result.
