General Health Care - August 2006

i have this wierd thing that happens and it has done it off and on for years. My neck tightens up like I have something wrapped around it. It is a very uncomfortable feeling. It isnt something I feel every day but comes and goes. I keep trying to think what I have done differently each day but I cant pin point it. Anyone else have this feeling?

It takes up to an hour and a half to completely evacuate (my bowels). It takes 5-15 visits to the bathroom before I'm finished.

I go, I get up, wash my hands & leave the bathroom. Between 1-5 minutes later I'll have to go again, again & again... each time a little less. It starts at every 2-5 minutes then every 15 minutes. In the end it takes up to 1.5 hours to finish going. Sometimes I walk around the stall & bend over to get the urge again so I don't have to keep walking back & forth to the bathroom.

The consistency is normal, perhaps a tad on the soft side. Starts with 4 small strips to tiny pieces.

I told my gastroenterologist who said, hmm, "incomplete evacuation"... but didn't offer any possible REASONS or REMEDIES for this problem.

It's a real problem when I'm at work, in the car or shopping, etc.

I'm wondering what's wrong with me & if there's a cure.

Dr. Oz says your bowels are the picture of your overall health. If this is the case I'm in trouble!

you know like wehn your eyes get something in them they get a little blurry and then you blink and wipe your eyes and it goes away, or maybe oyu throw water in them or something. Well my eyes get like foggy and i wipe them and they go back to normal sort of like i got an eyelash stuck in them or something. they also hurt too. Its really wierd anyone know wats wrong here. Not a sign of of diabetes is it?

His taste buds are changing, earlier he used to eat Tofu which is not stopped, same thing happened with Orange, Cheese sicks, Apple, Banana, Milk, Yoguyrt and egg yorks. We are getting vegetarian to its getting more difficult for us to provide nutritious diet to him. Please suggest what all we can try.
