This is embarrasing to answer, but it does work.I was on these depression pills at a time in my life, and one of them has constepation as the side effect.NEVER TAKE DEPRESSION PILLS.Find a different outlet. But it worked very well.Does not hurt at all, but you will feal funny sticking that thing up your butt. You will be weary, just as I was.But when it came down to the come down.My stomach was terribly congested.I went to see the doctor and he recommended the ene,a for me to use.My tracks were backed up plenty of feet. But as soon as you use the enema, you will let out a lot of bowels.I was really conjested so it worked in less than 1 minute. It depends how much you are conjested for its results to take effect. It worked very well, plus was the thing to use recommened by my doctor.I had to use it one more time after that because the reason was the prescription pills had my insides dehydrated and my bowels were so dry.But the enema does work without a doubt.Just get it over with. You will feal so relieved plus like 10 lbs lighter.

It's not bad, the nozzles is tiny so you don't have to worry about..well feeling invaded.

You take it lying down on your left side, with your left leg bent inward. Laying on your left side helps the enema work into your bowels.
Once you're done taking the enema, stay on your side until you feel you have to go. Should only take a few minutes.

LOL. It is no laughing matter I know. If you have to have one a FLEET is the easiest and yes you can do it on the toilet if you choose to. It isn't the most comfortable thing you will have ever done unfortunately.

I had one in the hospital - it was brutal. It was administered in my hospital bed by the only cute nurse on my floor (figures) and after about 20 minutes I ran to the toilet and was power dumping for over a half hour until my sphincter hurt. Not recommended, but if ya gotta, ya gotta.

It's right up there close to taking a physical beating. Don't do it when you're very far from a toilet and for pete's sake, don't let anybody on the seat when you do the deed.

I would recommend sitting on the toilet and using warm water to help ease the discomfort. It's my understanding that it's not so much painful as it is uncomfortable. It should help "clean" you out.
