i have this wierd thing that happens and it has done it off and on for years. My neck tightens up like I have something wrapped around it. It is a very uncomfortable feeling. It isnt something I feel every day but comes and goes. I keep trying to think what I have done differently each day but I cant pin point it. Anyone else have this feeling?

It could be a slight allergy to something, or it could possibly be an anxiety attack.

If it's on the inside maybe you're allergic to something. You could have allergies to certain foods. You should go to a doctor and get tested for allergies.

it could be the clothes that you are wearing and some times it can be allergies. it could be a shirt that is too small try changing and see if not see the dr.
