best thing to do is hydrate yourself
Until diarrhea subsides, try to avoid milk products and foods that are greasy, high-fiber, or very sweet. These foods tend to aggravate diarrhea.
as for sensitive buttcrack- 'CottonSoft Toilet Tissue' (organic stuff bit pricey)

Along with softer toilet paper, you can use Tucks pads. They're really for hemorroids, but they help with any area that burns or is sensitive, since they have witchhazel in them (it helps cool the area).

when you get done wipping use a baby wipe to moisterize your rear end. plus it gets all the extra stuff that the toilet paper does not.
