Go to a good running shop. They should have specialists who would recommend the right shoes for you. Getting properly fitting running shoes depends on the shape and size of your foot, the depth of your arches, how you run (supine/pronate/neutral), etc. No one can possibly tell you here.
See the link below for an idea on what to look for.

Surgical spirit, fairly thick cotton socks, a smear of cocoa butter over the feet before hand, and I was horrified to get a deep abrasion which drew blood, and took a long time to heal, from a pair of specialist, expensive distance running shoes. There was a side-trim held on by nylon stitching, almost like fishing line, which had a sharp end to it, which did the damage to my foot. Check your trainers for any sharp ridges inside.

They don't fit you properly.
Make sure they are laced up properly ALL THE WAY DOWN (this means tightening the laces from the bottom and pulling it through) and make sure you do not have too much leather over and around your foot.
If someone put their right hand on the left side of your right foot (as they face you) and roll their thumb over the top they should be able to have some excess leather but if they can generate a serious amount of leather the shoes are too wide.

There is this stuff called Lamb's Wool. You cut it to form to the different areas of your foot. It will stick thru sweat or showers and allows you to walk (run) on blisters without pain. It kinda becomes a second skin, offering protection to those tender areas while they heal. Can be found in any chain store, like Meijer's, Target, Kmart or Walmart. Go to the pharmacy area where they sell Dr. Scholls. Good luck!

Blisters can be caused by the shoe being too big. Try a local running shoe shop like someone said earlier. They know what they're talking about.
