I quit doing every kind of drug including weed 3 months ago.the only thing I do now is smoke cigerettes.how are you not supposed to think about drugs or anything that is addictive when you have nothing else to do.I jus wanna know.Its hard.

ok, i'm not quite an insomniac. nor am i nocturnal.
to put it bluntly, i am a PM PERSON. meaning i'm awake (well, mostly) from 12pm to 11:59 pm. & 12am 'till 11:59, i'm dead. i cannot keep my eyes open even if my life depended on it.
is there a known name for this?
& if not, can we call it "______somnia" after me?

-It becomes more painful when I use my hands.
-As the pain gets worse it travels higher, to my arms, then shoulders
-Using a fork or writing with a pen are painful things to do
-I have no weakness or tingling - so it is probably not nerve damage
-It went away for a year, and is just coming back again

This happens to me a lot. all my life it's been happening. so much so, that I've been looking inward, and have changed some things about myself I feel. but it still continues, and I know I'm not perfect, but I don't want to be. If people don't want to accept me, they should just leave me alone, why won't they? Why do they just want to make me feel bad, and torment me, so they feel ok? It's affecting me emotionally, and in turn, physically. It hurts so bad. I try to forget and not give importance, but I can't, it's hard. Help! I want to say my peace, but it's only gonna provide more fuel for the fire, and nothing gets resolved. It's members in my family doing this, and they just feel it's their right to. They say, it's because we love u. ARe peopl who love u supposed to kill u from the inside out? Maybe it's my fault for being too sensitive, and taking everything seriously, but I don't know when they're joking, and I jusst want all of it to stop for good. Is happiness too much to ask?

When ever i go on a long drive or somewehre where there isn't a bathroom available, I constantly worry about having to pee, which makes it worse because I can't stop thinking about it and it induces my body to want to pee even more. This makes me not want to go to anywhere far..especially with people that's i'm not too comfortable with asking to stop for bathroom. It deeply troubles me. What are some things i can do to solve this. I already don't drink water before trips. Serious answers only please.

I don't seem to be able to get the good night sleep I need. I do sport, I have a regular lifestyle - although I tend to have my dinner very late nowadays - I don't drink coffe nor alcohol nor smoke. I drink camomille all day long at work! I know I have a lot going on my mind, but still... it is physical, I go to bed and then I wake up suddenly and it is the end of it!! even the sleeping from hte supermarket have no effects! help!! (oh and I don't want to be a addict of pills..)
