Monday and Wednesday Nights I dont get to sleep until about midnight, and I wake up the next day at 6 am. On Tuesday and Thursday nights I prolly dont get to bed much before 11:30 and other days I wake up at 6.

This is all because of work and school.

Can I be so tired that I feel like I have a cold? Right now my eyes feel heavy and I could seriously just sleep *i couldnt get outta bed this morning*...My nose is also a little stuffy/runny.

I have a bunion on my right foot. It only hurts occasionally (mainly when I've been wearing unsuitable shoes), but I worry it will get worse. I also worry about my ability to do sport, particularly football, with a bunion. Is it worth undergoing a bunion procedure at this stage? Do bunions "get worse"?

I sometimes have trouble falling asleep but my real problem is I rarely stay asleep. It isn't usual for me to wake up every one to two hours.
It isn't noise or a change in the light that wakes me. I work nights so I've a sound screen (white noise generator) and black out curtains. My bed is only a few months old and it, along with all my other bedding, is wonderfully comfortable.
I believe part of the problem is that sometimes my dreams become involved and stressful causing me to wake up. Things like worrying about schedule changes and other "math/scheduling" style problems.
I don't think I am that stressed but I often have a hard time relaxing in general. Tea, baths, music, and yoga help but I’m open to more suggestion.
Having a cat doesn't help too much either. When I'm in a light sleep her walking on the bed or moving is enough to wake me.
I'm sure I'm not the only person having problems getting a good night sleep so I'm wondering what worked for other people.

I eat ok, .. like an oatmeal, sausage etc, but it seems to have digested real quick. I got no stmach aches or anythin' but I cant' p00 even if I try to. I **** maybe.. once in 3 days.

I keep getting hiccups but am not sure what causes them? I get them about 4 times a day and they last about 20 minutes each time. I know its not that much but its really frustrating because I cant control them. Does anybody know what might be causing them. Im a 20 year old female

was injured in Feb. 2006 and started having headaches. Soon the pain countinued into my neck and shouldes. Never recieving a cause from dr's I was, and am still, unsure of why I suffer from chronic muscle, joint, and tendon pain througout my entire body.!
I was even fired from my job. I am going crazy trying to get an answer of what I have and when can I go back to work? PLEASE HELP if you know ANYTHING that can help me!!!! ;o
