you haven't gotten all the info. anywhere else in your body, jusyt put some ice on it but when it happens in your eyes or your head you should have it checked out. A breakage in your head is technically a stroke and while they don't always kill you, they can do some damage A doctor can't do anything about what has a lready happened but you should have a blood pressure check. I had a small pop in my head 25 years ago and it left me with a slight problem in being able to summon up the word I want, even tho it lasted less than a second. Some meds can cause problems .I stopped taking tamoxifen because of little pops all over my arms and I was afraid of having another stroke.

I had a blood vessels pop, felt like a bee stings for days, wish i could help , may try benadyl

Apply pressure to it until you can get it to stop bleeding. If it's just one of the smaller veins, this will work. It's still going to hurt for a while, and you'll end up with a nice bruise. If it's an artery or a larger vein and you can't get the bleeding to stop, go to the emergency room.

you can't do anything about it honestly. just wait until it heals. as for the pain put ice on it and it won't hurt as much.
and don't listen to the people who tell u that you'll die. that's not true unless it is a vessel in the head.

If the vessel is in your head you are in deep trouble! You did not say where it was. It it pops in your head, you will most likely die.
