Could be you are anemic. Could be you have low blood pressure. Could be you are depressed. Depression isn't just the blues, it is a big physical problem.
Go to a doctor. Have a hemoglobin test done. Ask the doctor if it is depression.

Are you depressed? Having depression or even being under allot of stress can suck the energy right out of a person. In these situations the body also needs extra high quality nutrition to combat the losses generated by the stress. If possible see a counselor to talk about any problems and an holistic practitioner to discuss nutritional issues. Remember that the whole body is connected in every way, something people and some medical doctors sometimes forget.

You could have low thyroid. That is pretty common. It helps to drink more water and exercise. If you are doing all that, it may be something to do with a sluggish liver. I have been finding out more women have that, but men wouldn't be immune to it either. Eat more leafy green vegetables and try a liver cleanse. If you are low on iron that could also affect your energy level. A doctor prescribed the ferrous sulphate form of iron for me, but you can buy that without a prescription. Another possibility is a high level of yeast, so try cutting back or eliminating flour and sugar (in any form) for a couple of weeks to a couple of months and see if that helps. I'm working on that myself, but it's hard to keep from cheating.

If this is has been going on for a while, you should go in for a check up with your Doctor. You could have Epstein Barr Disease. It totally wipes you out. You have no energy at all . This can be found with a simple blood test. In the meantime, start taking stress formula B-Complex vitamins on a daily basis. They have helped me, and I had this Epstein Barr disease.

Maybe you should DO something to have it!
Decisions are MORE than just wishes.
The dark side of your own life (everybody has it) will win if you don´t fight it. Just doing nothing, or complaining, it will win.
Anyway, you have a spirit of searching, you are asking because you CARE, so I think it would be a good point for starting!

Go get your thyroid checked out.
Maybe you have just got in a lazy mood. I get in moods and I just sit here looking around or sleep half the day.
If you don't snap out of it go to the doctor and get a check up.
:)

Try exercising when you feel most tired. This might help.
Lethargy is self-fulfilling; the less you do, the less you feel like doing, and so on.
