I just think it would be awesome if they got rid of this thing because i think nobody likes sex with a condom, and some girls want to have sex without one and i'm like um no. So, I look up on the interent for working cures on this and some sites say its not possible.some say it is but not for a long time.some say its close, and i just heard Bill Gates donated a large amount to finding a cure and doctors complain the main thing stopping them is money so that should help things along.I'm just wondering what people know out there?

Should I ask my doctor for a anal exam b/c I have hpv or is that ridiculouos? I'm scared b/c I have hpv but I get pap smears to make sure my cervix is ok but I'm scared to get anal cancer? What is my risk? Should I still wait til I'm 50 like your supposed to?

I am a man in London, England. I mean the test which detects the HIV virus itself as little as a week after initial infection, not the one which only detects the antibodies three to six months later. I wish to get it done anonomously with no identity checks or links to my NHS records. If I have to go private, how much should I expect to pay? i have checked std's and saw images and they're similar to scabies or the molluscum virus but they're not as abundant as in teh pictures, i have just one "bump"once or twice a month..first one was like 5 months ago . or could it be a sign of diabetes ? i'm a clean person, so bad hygene is out of teh question. thank you if you try to help with opinions or answers

I have not been satisfied with the medical treatment i have received while living abroad. I'm seriously considering returning to a "Western" nation if I am not better soon. I believe I have Chlamydia, due to the exact symtoms for that disease arising a few days after unprotected sex.

Doctors here took samples and couldn't find the cause of my symptoms and have said that it may be a urinary tract infection, or some other cause. I am convinced it is Chlamydia, though of course I could certainly be wrong.

A few weeks ago I was prescribed 100mg Doxycycline once daily. This did not cure me, and through research on the internet I found that it should be taken twice daily to cure Chlamydia.

So, if anyone with knowledge of this new medication (Levofloxacin 100mg) could tell me if the regimen I have been prescribed will be effective for either Chlamydia or a urinary tract infection, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have been to a gyno 4 times this year and all of my results have come back negative, and they say I am fine.... but (and I know this is gross) but my vagina smells bad. Like, I will be at work, and go to the bathroom, and it just stinks. Even when I take a shower and use that douche stuff, the smell comes back like a few hours later. I also have this dark creamy discharge. The docs say I dont have an std or anything like that .... but what can that smell be then? And how do I get rid of it ? ? ? ? ? ??
Oh, and the jeans and stuff that I wear... no matter how many times I wash them, they still have a light smell to them now....
i know... eeww lol

I filed for a divorce from my husband. I went to the dr. for my yearly exam and also asked her to check for STD's, and it came back positive for genital herpes. I don't think I have ever had an outbreak but i remember when we married and since then, my husband has frequently had sore places on him he dismissed casually. How can I ever tell someone, if I ever have another relationship, that I have this?

meaning if somebody's semen ( infected or uninfected) gets in touch with clothes ( ie shirt) can it cause infection if you then touch it or if that piece of cloth touches other clothes???
