Yes.
Though very rare a person could have gotten an STD from their mother during birth. You can however get pregnant easily this way. Plus you have to be certain the other person is really a virgin.

One of you must have STD in order to give it to another! If you got HIV from your Mother when she was pregnant, the answer then would be yes!
STD's do not just up and grab you!
Crabs are the exception. All you have to do is ride in a car or stand close to a person who has crabs!

If you both honest about being virgins no you cant get any STD's but you can still get HIV because its not just sexually transmitted as everyone knows ....so wear protection anyway to prevent pregnancy and you can both be tested to be sure you are not carrying any diseases

if both partners are virgins the chances of contracting an STD are very small, but you are never 100% safe when having sex - protected or otherwise. Be careful.

Ok, two virgins...means two people who have never had sex or been in a situation to get a sexually transmitted disease! As far as HIV...if one got it at birth...then yes

Chances are nope, provided nobody is lying about their virginity. I wouldn't advise going without a raincoat again. Protect yourself, protect yourself, protect yourself. I can't say it enough. It feels good for a minute, but can give you a lifetime of misery.

jmensch17 is right. Protection is always best no matter what. Don't rush this, nothing wrong with holding on to virginity until YOU are ready.
