So this might sound gross but.. I've been exvoliating my face everyday for like months to get rid of the blackheads..and they arent going away..i also tried those strips..ya they dont work...what can i do? besides squeezing them cause..thats gross.

I am white and I get red and blotchy for no reason... Its not that i get red and blotchy because i am embarrassed or nervous .. it just happens.. I am 14 years old and its been happening since i hit puberty.. I want to get a job but i am not going to apply to one if i am red and blotchy.. The blotches usually last for about 30 minutes and go away.. I want to stop getting blotchy.. Is there any over the counter medicines to stop blotchiness? or any other medications? I also have a little bit of high blood pressure but that could be because i am nervous when i am at the doctors because i get red and blotchy... I hate going to parties because i get blotchy.. I have had red itchy bumps on my face-cheeks, forehead, jawline since July, waited a couple of months to see if they would go away i have tried clariton, and other over the counter meds, and nothing seemed to help if anything it only seems to have gotten worse, but not because of the meds. I finally got tired of all the itching that occurs, I went to the derma & she called it acne rosacea and then gave me about 4 prescriptions, and also suggested a clear light treatment, well im on my 4th treatment, and it hasnt seemed to work or i dont think it has. Im still getting the red bumps on my face, and now i've noticed that i get one or two on my upper chest, and neck. Well thats how it started in july I noticed it on the side of my cheek by my hairline and now i get about 3 or 4 on both sides of my face plus my forehead. Its just very frustrating. If anyone knows of a over the counter remedy, please tell me. I'm done giving my money to the derma & not seeing results.

Since people have only started to mix races in the last 100 years or so, is it fair to say that in the next 1000 years the colour of or skins will merge so that we all look half-cast-ish?

I have always had pretty clear skin (I am 21) until about 3 months ago. I am away at school now and pretty stressed out, but my face routine is the same. I wash in the morning and night and use clearasil zit medicine. In September I started getting zits on my cheeks and I have never had a zit there in my life! I feel like I have actual acne now!! I am also getting constant breakouts on my chin. Why is this happening??? I am so ashamed of my skin now and I don't know what to do and what is the worst of all is that every one leaves a little redish purple scar. They are not indented, but just a redish spot where every zit was.
I had a mild chemical peel a couple weeks ago hoping that would help but now my face is just zitty and dry! PLEASE does anyone know what I can do? I can't take this, and it is just so wierd that it is happening now!

I'm in my early 20's and I have been using Proactive once a day but it hasn't really worked for me. My mom wants me to use it twice a day. I have no idea how to get rid of this acne. I have heard birth control pills might work but I'm not sure if that's true or not. I didn't have acne like this when I was a teenager.

Neat, presentable people have always gotten my attention.

It's not the make-up, it's the natural glow and flawless complexion. It's not just in Hollywood, but simple people have similar gorgeous complexions too.

How do they manage to look so good without eye bags and the normal acne etc; together with a natural radiance, while many of us take equally good care of our skin(s) and sstill go wrong?

Could there be something we're doing wrong?
And tips to leave your skin looking flawless, eyes sparkling and etc;?

Ok very very nasty subject but I need some advice. Both of my big toe nails and both little toe nails are infected. Honestly I have failed to do anything about them for a very long time..... I always painted them but it's gotten so bad that I barely have any nails left after cutting out the bad parts. This is gross. I know I cannot take any oral meds to fix it but I need something just as effective. I saw something about vicks vapor rub being a great home remedy.. true? Any help would be appreciated. I am 7 months and due beginning of April so I want my tootsies looking fresh for summer sandals. ( I have really pretty feet outside of this yucky mess!) :-(

Hey guys a week ago or two i just washed my face i didnt wash it with warm water to open up the pores then clean them and then with cold water to close them...i just started doing that and it seems as if i have more blackheads...its like their coming to the surface....um is it suppost to be like this?

does acne really go away?
i've had it since the beginning of 6th grade when i was like 11/12 and it's already been like 3-4 years and i'm 15 and it's gotten worse over the years and i STILL have it! will it ever go away?!?!

my dad had some acne when he was young but only for like 2 years and my mom had only small skin problems until she was 17

... but same with height if i got their acne then why didn''t i get their height? lol i mean my dad is 5'9 and my mom is 5'5 and i should be like 5'6 right now but i'm only 5'1! so whats up with that lol

On the upper part of my arms I've started to get what appears to be a rash. On one arm it's lower and a few inches above my elbow and just seems to be in one spot (about the size of a deck of cards) on my other arm it's the same general size but is closer to my shoulder and goes around the back of my arm.

It's been like this for a few days and almost seems like poision ivy but with more pronounced bumps. We haven't changed the laundry detergent or softener and I'm not allergic to anything and it's only in those spots. We don't live near woods so I don't know what this could be. Any suggestions?
