I have tried Stridex, proactive, and a couple other products. NOTHING works on me. I was hoping for something that actually works.

I have given a remedy to a girl before back in July. She gave me the best answer for it, and said it worked perfectly. I will cut and paste the remedy I gave to her below.
Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

If you want home remedies, here are some:
Tea tree oil on the problem area-applied with a cotton ball 1 or 2 times a day.
Ultraviolet rays from the sun have been proven to help acne some. Expose the problem area (not in the heat of the day though) for a max of 30 mins a day.
Only put oil free cleaners and makeup on your problem area
If you have Acne on your forehead, keep your hair and hair products off of the area. The oils from the products and your hair can cause the acne. Wash your hair regularly.
If you like a Herbal remedy:
Boil 2-3 tsp. dried Basil in a cup of water and apply to problem area with a cotton ball after it has cooled.
Also, I have heard that putting toothpaste on the acne will dry it out.

Why would you want to use a home remedy when you can buy Proactive for 30 bucks?
I like Alpha Hydrox 10% oil free lotion. Nothing has ever worked better for me. It may be hard to find in the drug store so order it online

hey try this:
get some apples, pineapples, and cucumbers. put them in the blending machine and drink it for 3 weeks straight. its easy and all right at home!
