I am white and I get red and blotchy for no reason... Its not that i get red and blotchy because i am embarrassed or nervous .. it just happens.. I am 14 years old and its been happening since i hit puberty.. I want to get a job but i am not going to apply to one if i am red and blotchy.. The blotches usually last for about 30 minutes and go away.. I want to stop getting blotchy.. Is there any over the counter medicines to stop blotchiness? or any other medications? I also have a little bit of high blood pressure but that could be because i am nervous when i am at the doctors because i get red and blotchy... I hate going to parties because i get blotchy.. I want it to stop. .If you get this problem too please email me at pdunn1992@yahoo.com... Thanks in advance

it's either an allergic reaction, or contact dermatitis. go see your doctor

Not totally sure but it sounds like it could be hives, maybe. Keep track of when it happens to try to see if you can establish a pattern of some kind. This may help you find out if you are allergic to something, etc.

I agree that it might be an allergic reaction. A doctor or dermatologist probably could advise you better.

Good luck!

You are allergic to something that you are eating. Change your food.
