About three years ago, my immune system was awesome! I hardly ever got ill and cut, scratches and even fairly major wounds healed quickly. I felt generally healthy. But now at 18 my health is the worst its ever been- I seem to catch a fair few colds, i'm constantly cold (toes and finger especially), my fitness is fairly good, I run at least once a week, do jujitsu and usually fit some other exercise in, I eat relatively healthily and take vitamins occasionally (although I admit to being fairly forgetfull on this one), I'm a vegetarian and always have been (don't know if this matters) A fewe people have suggested that it's stress related. I'm a second year a level student with the ambition of studting veterinary sceince. I have a fairly big worload but not unmanagable so I don't see why it should be stressed (I study physics, chem and biol). Family life isn't great but I don't see how this would effect my health? Soooo (sorry, not so breif) How can I geat my health back? Any ideas?

This morning I awoke and found my left eye swollen, this is the second time in two weeks someone told me that my left eye was swollen. No pain, irritation or redness. I did have a miserable headache earlier in the week, that shut me down for the rest of the night, but since that no other issues.

You try to wake your partner up during the night or from a nap. They start thrashing, kicking, shoving, and hitting. They yell at you to leave them alone....when you do they are asleep again in seconds. They then naturally wake up hours later- remembering nothing and have no idea why you are upset and sore.

Is this a sleep disorder? Are there other symptoms? How can you treat this?

Help!
Thank you in advance!

My daughter's school psychologist wants to have my daughter labeled as autistic (high functioning). She already has been diagnosed with ADHD by a psychologist that I hired and sensory integration dysfunction (mostly auditory) by the school occupational therapist.

i'm 27 and have had it mildly, just with my hands, for the past 3 years, but this year it has got particularly worse and i now suffer with it in my feet and nose! the doctor just dismisses it and tells me to keep warm but i find that it isn't just the cold but sudden changes from warm to cool or vice versa, just wondered if there was anything i could do to help myself. thanks!

My wretched boyfriend keeps me awake at night with his snoring. It sounds like he is trying to suck the light fittings off the wall. I know very well that if he didn't drink in the evenings it wouldn't be as bad but he won't listen. Has anyone used anti-snore aids successfully? I was going to buy him some of those snore-strip things that stick onto your nose. Do they work? (Remedies have to be available in the UK)

As you can tell, I'm quite fed-up - so no sillyness please!

Thanks :)

Also have the same, in the same area, but on the back, as if I pulled a muscle in my back. It only really hurts when pressure is applied to the certiain area. I have felt no naseua, and have not noticed any difference in urine or stool. Any ideas? And any advice to what I can do?
