I'm curious what causes this. It's really annoying. Also, apart from taking tylenol, is there anything that you can do to feel better?

Sweating releases heat from your body and keeps you from over heating. The moisture on your skin evaporates causing you to feel "cold".

This is the idea behind those little spray bottles with the electric fan on them.

you also feel cold because of the difference between the temperatures inside and outside the organism

simple dear, wen we at high fever perspiation start tol ower down tempature and which make swaet by heat loss after heat loss enviorenmet change arround skin by weat evaopoation which makecv us feel cold bcoz i dip in temprature.

someone told me you get a high temperature coz your body's trying to kill the germs and you feel cold coz of the sweat.
