my hand and feet palms hurts and burns , what deseace u think it is pls explain , i feel look somebody give massage to the palm of my feet and hand , pls help me

Sounds like a neuropathy of some type you need to see a neurologist.

Well, maybe you have diabetes! Try to get rid of carbonated drinks, chocolates, cakes, ice cream, mangoes, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, pastries, fatty and spicy food. Always drink 8-15 glasses of water everyday.

it might be i idea to see a doc if it harts
I had hand foot mouth where it felt that my hands where swollen and tight but there was bumps with it but you need to know see a doc face 2 face to find out
