She now has these wart like growths on her fingers all around her nails. Could this possiblly be that the woman didn't properly clean her tools or whatever they use. I promise you she didn't have this until after she got her nails done!

She got a fungus from the fake nails. It is common in those types of places. It could could result from alot of things. The most common is the nails not being applied correctly and water, dirt , and other stuff getting in between the natural nail and the fake nail. She needs to go to a doctor to get a prescription to get rid of the fungus. I am sorry that this happened to her. Good Luck.

It's possibel that she picked up something there. Take her to the doc and let him have a look. In the meantime, I would do away with the nails all together. Give her natural nail time to heal.

It sounds like she's allergic to the glue although it could be from non sterilized implements.
See your doctor.
