The trouble with tribbles, oh my. Yes I recall they were everywhere like lint balls on crack. I would certainly have to take a lot of fiber to deal with swallowing one of those hairballs. You have my unfounded sympathy.

You need to learn some relaxation methods. I had to learn them to control migrains.

Lay flat on your back and start with your toes. Make them relax ( the first few times this is hard but keep trying) once the toes are relaxed relax the rest of your foot.

Then just work your way up, using your mind to relax your muscles. Relax your fingers, wrists everything.

Eventually you relax your neck.

Next you think of soft things - clouds etc... to relax your mind. Eventually you go to sleep.

But, you should go to your doctor and let him know the sleep aids are not working. There might be something else keeping you awake.

'Tribble sleeping'? As in those fuzzy ball creatures from Star Trek??

I just love dumb people soooooooooo much.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There used to be nights were all I would do is sob and sob. I am on trazadone now and that helps some. But I am on a HUGE dose of it too. All I get at night now are the funkiest dreams like last night i drempt that i was in bed with my husband and julian McMahon (Dr. Christian Troy from Nip/Tuck) but, it was completly non-sexual) Which sucked! lol

You can try listening to music, as you sleep, this will give your subconcsious mind something else to focus on other than pain, and Tylenol PM works as good as any sleeping meds ive encountered and its over-counter. Good luck to you.
