Recently I noticed that my 4 year-old daughter breath smells like she smoked marijuana.
We never used this at home (or any kind of illegal staff), so there is no chance she was around it.
Is this any medical condition with this kind of sign?
Thanks in advance,
the Worried Dad.

I had all of the symptoms for hypothyroidism -- low body temperature, slow heart rate, constipation, dry skin/thinning hair, sensitivity to cold, etc.. - I went into the doctors, had a blood test done of TSH. I had this test done about 6 years ago and it came back as "normal" - again, with symptoms being more dramatic, my results came back "normal". -- So what is causing my symptoms then, if thyroid is supposively working "fine"? Is there a possibility the TSH test is missing something? Where should I go from here?

I have very mild asthma, when the shortness of breath comes I ussually wait it out for half an hour until I grab my inhaler. That settles the recent shortness of breath about 85%. There is also on/off nausea that I cant do much about. I just sit down and focus on something else. This doesnt come with headaches. There is also abdominal pain when I lie down. It is blunt but I cant really feel it. I was told it may just be anxiety because a lot has been going on. What else could it be?

How long does it take for the thyroid to level off post treatment? I went from severly losing weight to now gaining 20 lbs in 4 weeks and I watch everything I eat very carefully. I went for a blood test and it came back that I have hypothyroidism now. How do I get my thyroid to stabilize? I am already taking a synthroid. Any information will help. Thanks so much!

i have a stomach virus and i missed my first day of classes. my resources are limited, too. i don't think i can make it to the dining hall tonight, because it's too much walking and movement. i only had one cup of chicken noodle soup even though i could've sworn i bought more, and the rest of it is tomato, which the nurse told me not to eat. i can't find any ginger ale on campus, either. i have diet coke, and she gave me some gatorade...

i had some gatorade and a couple saltines earlier and it made me feel sick. this is so frustrating and i don't know what to do. i'm contagious at this point, too.

i have ramen, but that's pure crap and i don't know if it would make me feel worse, ingesting questionable chemicals. should i go for it, as it poses to be chicken noodle soup?

Just wonder if hemmoroids disappear with time. I know the pain and discomfort DOES. But does the physical lump itself? If so, then how long will it be before it most likely disappears?
