Well im going to see the doc's soon but i want to know what i have...
Here are my symptoms:
Randomly passing out
Loss of balance
acheing of head(sometimes)
acheing of lower stomach
and my legs feel week
Cold like symptoms(i.e runny nose)

This has lasted for a week now

Have a phobia and petrified about having this blood test. My worst fear is having a blood test. Incrediably squeamish, and even feel very faint just thinking about it.
Am having panic attacks, and have been sick . please help me. Soooooooo petrified and scared.

Will it hurt/
Is it a big needle?
Will i feel the blood coming out. eek?

Soooo scared please help me

Women recovering in the home is like a husband recovering at his work. I'd like to know when I can get backto my"CHORES", making dinner, doing laundry and such. How can I just lay there and watch my home go to ruin? If anyone has had this dilema, please advise!

im just starting to take fluvoxamine 50 mg once a day at bed time for OCD and depression, i take clonazapam 1 mg 4 times a day for anxiety - has anyone had great success with Luvox and/or bad experiences with it/side effects, please let me know... thanks

i think it is more on the inner lip (inside the mouth). It is the first time i have had one. Anyone know if this in just a mouth ulcer or saomething i should worry about?

It has been there for some time now. She went to the hosp today for a check . They said it was some kind of growth but dont know for sure until they do more tests. Does anyone else have experiance of this , and can anyone offer advice? Serious answers only please.

My doctor wants $350 for custom orthotics and they aren't covered by my insurance! I can find them much cheaper online, where they ship you the foam impression kit. Would orthotics purchased online be as effective as the ones I would get from my doctor?

This is for the treatment of plantar fasciitis.

Anyone in the medical field? I had some blood drawn for a job physical, and it came back that my wbc, rbc, hgb, and hct are all elevated, not a lot, but there was a note about my hct saying I should call my dr. and set up an appt. which I have, just wondering what might cause them all to be elevated. I am pretty sure this is not the first time that my hct has been elevated

I just found out that I have TMJ. I have experienced severe ear pain(right), loss of hearing (right ear), pain while opening mouth, trouble chewing.
My doctor made it sound like it was no big deal. The when symptoms occur i simply take large amounts of ibuprofen, an they will go away for however long, until the process starts over.

After some research online, I have read that some people have symptoms 24/7 nonstop and way worse than mine.


My question is how long do your symptoms last and how often do they occur?

Im 16. My best friend, neighbor, practically sisters, was diagnoised wit a brain tumor a few days ago. Her surgery was today. She turned 17 the day b4 she found out. Good news, it didnt spread. Bad news, we wont kno if its cancer untill its out n they can perform tests on it for God knows how long. Ive never been in such a confussin stressful almost unreal situation such as this. It was a smack in the face. Im starting to get into a depression. After skool I jus come straight to the computer instead of workingout for an hour lyk I usually would. Im eating lyka pig n have no willpower. Nuttin matters anymore except for her health n happiness. I wake up shaking n dont stop till the middle of my skool day where I have no choice but to fake a smile 4 my friends. Im scared lyk Ive never been. Im always so honoest wit my feelings n its the hardest thing to fake happiness.
N I cant help but feel rediculous b asking 4 help wen my friend is the one that needs it most.

The headaches last until I take something like Tylenol or Aleve/Advil and I notice that when I rub my eyes, the pressure isn't so bad. I've noticed that they usually start when I stare into lights--especially while driving at night in front of a car with really bright headlights. Does anyone get these types of headaches? Are they migraines and what do you do to get rid of them?

Hey I'm planning on some international travel and so I went to get my innoculation shots (Hep A and tetnus) yesterday. Today my muscles in my upper arms are REALLY sore and feel like I got punched really hard. Is this normal? Why is it happening? When will it stop? Thanks!

what causes heat to make me so sleepy? i have a litte heater underneath my desk bc my office is ridiculously cold...i've noticed that im a lot sleepier all the time now ever since i got it. why is that?

Ok, I just got nausiated all of a sudden and now I can hardly move because I feel like I'm going to get sick. Talking, moving and drinking/eating only makes it 10 times worse. I know what it's more than likely caused by - my pain meds. What can I do do make this atleast subside a bit? I've got a wedding to do tomorrow and alot of work needs to be done. Will warm water and honey work? What else?

When I talk I am thinking one thing but I say someting similar. I do not know why this happens. Example:Last night I told my son that it was almost halloween, but I meant to say thanksgiving. I do this often. I am also slightly dyslexic. When I write, my letters get mixed up. Does anyone know why my brain and mouth are not in sync?

I've been hearing music, most often hymns, which are like hearing a band playing very far away. I know that no actual music is being played. I've had testing done for hearing loss and I'm within normal range. I'm not mentally ill, and I've had brain scans, EEG's and a lumbar puncture done. The neurologist that ordered the last two tests said she believed I had late on-set epilepsy and started me on a course of Trileptal prior to getting the results of the EEG. When the results came back with normal results, she wanted me to continue the medication or get a second opinion. This stuff isn't cheap, it hasn't even interrupted the "music" and I'm really tired of waiting for a diagnosis. I saw something about Musical Ear Syndrome and it sounds like my symptoms. Anyone out there with this problem, or knowledge about phantom music?
