Hey I'm planning on some international travel and so I went to get my innoculation shots (Hep A and tetnus) yesterday. Today my muscles in my upper arms are REALLY sore and feel like I got punched really hard. Is this normal? Why is it happening? When will it stop? Thanks!

It is normal because the vaccine is usually inserted directly into the muscle of the arm.
It should feel better in about 3 days or less.
Try relaxing the arm whenever you get the chance and do mild (but not strenous) exercise like lifting the arm to about a 90 degree angle. it helps the muscle to get stronger.

Can I get best answer??

Very normal. Take some Motrin. It takes a few days for the pain to go away.

perfectly normal, unless it continues for about a week, i would say in three days it should be fine.
