Ok, I just got nausiated all of a sudden and now I can hardly move because I feel like I'm going to get sick. Talking, moving and drinking/eating only makes it 10 times worse. I know what it's more than likely caused by - my pain meds. What can I do do make this atleast subside a bit? I've got a wedding to do tomorrow and alot of work needs to be done. Will warm water and honey work? What else?

I hope you don't take your pain meds on an empty stomach. I'm taking an antibiotic right now and it keeps me nauseated. If you aren't diabetic, get a bottle of Emetrol and take as directed for the nausea. Also, ginger ale relieves the problem or ginger tea. Are you sure you don't have a middle or inner ear problem? If moving is a problem, how about taking some Meclizine tablets (Bonine or Dramamine). Good luck.

If it's stomach sick, try some tea. Chamomiel or green tea is good. Add some honey as well (not too much) Another helpful ting is gingerale. It nutralizes the acid in your somach and the fizz helps.
