Stellate ganglion blocks have not worked and now I use a TENS unit almost daily.
How do you cope? What have you tried to help you out.
My case is not as severe as some and most people do not notice the physical appearence but, it can bring me down at times.

I think I may have the stomach flu. Starting Monday at school I accidentally drank bad milk which I think was the cause of this. Ever since I've been queezy, can't think of eating food, wanting to vomit, and bad stomach cramps. What can I do to make it feel better? Is this stomach flu or something else? Please help, thanks.

I know this question seems odd, but I can make my eyeballs shake which I think is pretty cool, but I've never known what it is called. I would like to know what it is called and whether or not it means something. Thanks!

We just had our annual medical and physical check-up and when I complained of having difficulty urinating, the doctor jotted down this condition under gastro-urinary. Thanks for the help.

I had just some routine bloodwork done this Monday, and I have to get it redone in 6 weeks non-fasting, this time because my doctor states there were some slightly elevated levels where I need this LFT test done now. Does this has any reason to cause me any concern?

I've been struggling with a medical problem since December 2004, shortly after I had food poisoning from undercooked chicken, but most doctors I've seen said these are allergies with an unknown cause. Symptoms are constant eye redness, dark bluish circles under eyes, some energy loss, pain in the back of my neck and head, and constant ear popping and pain (my ears rarely stop popping, and this has been going on for months!). I've seen mostly eye, ENT and allergy doctors and I've taken a number of anti-allergy things, but the only things which have been effective in improvement have been Augmentin (875MG) and TobraDex. I've moved to a different apartment, changed clothes and furniture, changed shampoo and soaps... everything I can think of. What's the next step for me?

I have IBS. I recently came down with diarrhea that didn't go away for 21 days, accompanied with intermittent vomiting. I went to the doctor and they found high white blood cell count in my stool but didn't find the cause. The doctor suspected it was some sort of bug or that it was from something I ate. The doctor prescribed me some antibiotics and after 7 days the diarrhea disappeared. Does anyone know what could have caused this? Is there a more serious underlying cause or am I just freaking out over a terrible case of diarrhea?

This is in explanation to my last question - the total of my allergies seems to be misunderstood. I am actually only allergic to a couple of the foods. I am seriously allergic to the protein in eggs; I am more seriously allergic to the powdered cheese sauce that comes with pasta (I am not sure which part) and I am allergic enough to the casein in milk - another protein (and carageenen in rice/soy milk which is very similar) to cause pain that makes me unable to stand for a couple of hours. I am not allergic to pasta, food preservatives, etc. I simply am not able to swallow them as a taste/texture/ill feeling thing. I can't eat at restaurants because I get panicky wondering what they have used in the food - and cross contamination at potlucks has resulted in many reactions. I would like especially some suggestions for 'normal' food that can be eaten in place of breakfast (I used to have cereal pretty regular) and when I am stuck for something else. Thank you.

i'm really scared to tell my parents and.. well really anyone.
alot of people always ask me if i eat healthly and sometimes if i even eat at all.

and when i watch movies and other television shows I get sick because all I want is to be skinny like the girls on those shows, or in those movies, or like the girls who model profressionally.
I just don't know what to do
everything I've tried doesnt work, or I either just give up.

He was found unconscious last nite and rushed to the hospital. He continues to be sedated but will awake every once in a while and shake violently. The doctors have also reported that he has an unusually high amount of enzymes in his liver. Unfortunately, I am removed from the situation by distance and don't know much. Based on this, though, can anyone take a stab at what the problem might be. The doctors do not know. This has never happened to him before and is only 31 yrs old and living a very healthy and active lifestyle. Thanks for any comments.
