I had just some routine bloodwork done this Monday, and I have to get it redone in 6 weeks non-fasting, this time because my doctor states there were some slightly elevated levels where I need this LFT test done now. Does this has any reason to cause me any concern?

Certain types of medications can cause liver damage which shows up with elevated LFTs on a blood test. Patient's on these meds get blood work about every 2-3 months and if liver enzymes are elevated, they are taken off the meds. LFTs can also show up in patients with hepatitis. If your liver enzymes are still elevated at your next blood draw, there is probably something going on that needs to be furthe investigated.
