Keep your baby hydrated. Have a cool mist humidifier in the room where the baby sleeps. Try steaming up the bathroom and let the baby breathe that. Ask your doctor if there is any medicine you can give him. Keep his nose clear with a bulb syringe.

He probably has a flu bug.You really should take him to the hospital.These symptoms could gather in the lungs and a majorly bad result would be death.

Call your doctor (always call whenever they are this young and you don't know. Any good doctor doesn't mind even for false alarms).

Get liquid in him (water).

Be soothing and quiet around him so that he can relax and rest.

Stop being a bad mother and take him to a doctor. Your child will die by the ways it sounds if you don't get him there.
