This is in explanation to my last question - the total of my allergies seems to be misunderstood. I am actually only allergic to a couple of the foods. I am seriously allergic to the protein in eggs; I am more seriously allergic to the powdered cheese sauce that comes with pasta (I am not sure which part) and I am allergic enough to the casein in milk - another protein (and carageenen in rice/soy milk which is very similar) to cause pain that makes me unable to stand for a couple of hours. I am not allergic to pasta, food preservatives, etc. I simply am not able to swallow them as a taste/texture/ill feeling thing. I can't eat at restaurants because I get panicky wondering what they have used in the food - and cross contamination at potlucks has resulted in many reactions. I would like especially some suggestions for 'normal' food that can be eaten in place of breakfast (I used to have cereal pretty regular) and when I am stuck for something else. Thank you.

I am allergic to yogurt too, pancakes have eggs in them (and kind of taste gross and fall apart without) and I can't have the instant breakfast shakes, or replacement meals because they have casein or modified milk ingredients in them.

oh, I did try oat milk, but it too tasted pretty disgusting. I have only known of my dairy allergy a year, and felt pretty sick for the two years before I found out. I have tried every type of milk I could as a replacement, but most replacements have modified milk ingredients, casein or caraggenen (all of which I am allergic to)

You would seem to have a real mix of physical allergy and a developing psychological problem with food.
Ask for more specific allergy testing if possible.
For severe allergies, it may help you to carry an adrenaline injection (they are available ready to use for just this type of situation). Sounds OTT but it may help you relax a little around food.
You will need vitamin supplements (most bulked with small amount of lactose so be careful if this is part of the issue)
Now what to eat?
A natural smoked kipper is a traditional breakfast meal, and will certainly cleanse the palate. Obviously fruit and veg seem OK.

There are soya milks that are especialy formulated for alergies. Also try the chemist and check out the powdered baby formula section for soya milks. There are nbabies who are also alergic to the proteins in milk have even died because their illness was not diagnosed! So maybe you might be able to find something there. Try fruits for breakfast and breads that have no dairy products in them - sour dow. What about goats milk or sheeps milk - people with alergies drink those. In fact sheeps milk cheese is very useful for allergic people. Goats milk is good as well. You could try a realy nice swiss muesli with apple juice or orrange juice or those special boutique juices. I dont like milk so I have muesli with juice and it tastes nice.
There are also stewed fruits with muesli sprinkled on the top. Or nuts or seeds. Create some combinations that you can eat. Also make a list of all the foods you can eat and try to make breakfast recipes from those lists. There are also the eggless egg mixtures for allergics that give the resemblence of egge. Try adding a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to pan cake mixture and see how it goes. Thats a depression tip when in the depression women would add vinigar when they had no eggs for the binding effect (and it works). Look at the vego diet and look at savory lentil dishes that you could have with toast or braised vegies with toast.
Good luck

Sounds like you have a wheat insensitivity as well.
Breakfast is a difficult meal if you have allergies and sensitivities. These are a few ideas. Don't know how normal you'd consider them. I'm just grateful to avoid reactions and get on with life.
Porridge made with oat milk or water and muscovada sugar on top.
Raw porridge oats, raisins, goji berries, banana, nuts & oat milk.
Potato scones made with mashed potato and maize or tapioca flour.
Pancakes made from gram flour and water cooked in olive oil.
Home made scones or muffins made with maize, tapioca or potato flour, free from allergycare baking powder and egg substitute.
Bacon on rye crispbread.
Scottish oat biscuits, plain or ginger flavour with jam or honey.
Fresh fruit, tinned fruit, stewed fruit, baked fruit, fried sliced fruit.
& grilled chestnuts at the moment.
Hope there's something there for you.

I used to be allergic to all dairy products. However, I did find that
I could use that Carnation instant powdered milk, so my mother
always used that when she would cook. I also would order a
pizza with everything but NO cheese. Sounds weird I know.
I told the pizza place that I was allergic to cheese, but I love
pizza, and they were great about making a pizza without the cheese, and I would eat every bite!

A good food to start with is _Cream Of Rice _. You can add sugar, fruit or whatever you like. This is very easy on the tummy.
Also you need to get checked for celiac disease. There is lots of support out there for people with celiac.
Hope you feel better

can you eat yogurt? if you can have that over shreddies they are only made of wheat and nothing else, doesn't sound like you have an allergy to wheat. You can also eat a simple diet of meat and vegetables, not only are they good for you but it is nbormal food aswell.

I love both fruits and fresh vegetables better, regardless how they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

If perhaps it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
