I know a woman that claims that the best and fasters wat to get rid of these on your mouth is to pick earwax out of your ears and apply it liberally, just try not to lick your lips too much afterward!

I just recently had an endoscopy, they found several developing ulcers and one big one, I was a little woozy from the anesthesia at the time so I can't remember everything the doc said but he gave me the still shots from the procedure and pointed out several issues. I have one large ulcer (about the size of a nickel) and several small developing ulcers, the large one has obviously bled in the past. He also pointed out areas of patchy growth on my lower esophagus which is a condition known as Barrets Esophagus. I guess what I want to know is what exactly are the possible causes and consequenses of these issues and how much of a threat to my health, and ultimately, my life are they? I am especially curious about the Barrets. I know very little about it. The doctor put me on a medication called Zegerid and told me to quit smoking and change my diet. I have been suffering for a long time now from these things and am actually happy to finally know whats causing my pain.

everything went numb, he could not use his hands and when he tried to stand up his legs were numb too. A few minutes later he was able to stand up and go back to his truck, but his hands and legs felt like they were tingling, like pins and needles the rest of the day, is this a nerve or muscular problem and is it serious?

I have heard that cystic-fibrosis (CF) can cause a male to become sterile, I have looked for it online, but have not found anything concrete, perhaps there is someone out there with CF that knows the answer for sure. My brother has CF however, I dont want to make him uncomfortable with asking him the question because if its not true, I dont want to give him the wrong impression... any help is greatly appreciated :)

My name is Monica I am an alcoholic in recovery and my sobriety date is 06/04/2006. Every day I wake up and am amazed by this miracle of sobriety. I would love to find email friends in recovery. I have a great AA support system here but I work from home so spend countless hours behind this computer screen and I know I cannot be the only one. Check out my 360 page, email me, let's share this miracle together.

My grandfather was a butcher in a packing house. He became demented at an early age (not blood grandpa). He had a strange gait, difficult speech, ataxia, tremors similar to parkinsons, sleep difficulties, loss of balance and could not take care of himself by age 70. Grandma ate the same crud from the packing house. She acts just like he did and she has not had a stroke. It is uncanny how similar their symptoms are.

A few years ago, I remember reading that some scientists had found a link between aluminum and Alzheimers Disease but that more research needed to be done. Has anyone heard of this or of further research? Or was the thoery debunked?

I have this 'friend' that was wanting me to figure out how long explosive diarrhea should last for. I think that it should not last ver long and if it does that you should seek medical help. My 'friend' told me that he has had it for about a month and half now and figures that it will just go away. I am pretty sure that this is not normal, but my 'friend' does not want to go see a doctor about it.

I am still coming to terms with tinnitus in my right ear - it is early days yet and I will cope eventually. Please someone tell me that they too have muzzy mild headaches with tinnitus as this wories me.. I also have a blocked nose so perhaps this is the cause. The headaches worry me more than the tinnitus at the moment but my doctor doesn't appear worried and has given me nose drops which only work for a short time. I also feel slightly queasy at times. Yesterday the tinnitus was hardly noticeable all day -it was great - but today it feels as if bees are buzzing in the top of my head more than in my ear. Is this usual with tinnitus?
